The couple had passed appetizers of sweet and sour meatballs served on pretzel sticks and boiled shrimp cocktail cups. The menu was Louisiana Crawfish Etoufee with fluffy white rice, Smoked Beef Brisket, Peppered Pork Tenderloin, Boiled Shrimp, Crabmeat Augratin, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Crudite Cups and Fresh Fruit with Gran Marinier Dip.
