When Jay first called Best Catered Events, we discussed a menu for the Business Associates of Baton Rouge Holiday Party. The event was to be held at a lovely, spacious home off Highland Road.
Stephanie Brown and Bonnie Baxley loved working with this group at the party. They reported back that a good time was had by all and that the group loved the food. Their menu was our
Seafood Fandango Pasta, shrimp and crabmeat stuffed mushrooms, spinach and artichoke dip, mini muffelettos and chicken salad croissants, smoked beef brisket and peppered pork loin, assorted mini desserts, voodoo cheese with fresh fruit, ham and asparagus roll ups and holiday punch.
Thank you once again Forrest Pitre for the recommendation! We hope to work with this group again in 2013.
