When Best Catered Events owner, Dianne Evans met with this fun couple, they loved everything they tasted and the menu was chosen and details set in place. Kristi chose champagne, coral and white as her colors.
Baums Bakery delivered the wedding and groom's cakes and Best Catered Events delivered a menu that the guests told us again and again that they loved.
Team members Bonnie Baxley, Stephanie Brown and Verlin Wickel greeted the guests with appetizers of Coconut Praline Chicken Skewers, Ham and Asparagus Roll Ups, Crawfish Stuffed Bread and Cheesy Jalapeno Bites. The buffet menu was Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta, Shrimp and Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms, Mini Muffelettos, Chicken Salad Croissants, Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Chips, Stuffed Eggs, Fresh Fruit and Cheese, Veggie Crudite with Ranch Dip, Chef Dustin Quibodeaux carved Smoked Beef Brisket and Pork Loin with Rolls and Condiments for the guests all evening. The Summer Punch was also a crowd favorite in the 96 degree heat.
We watched as the guests danced the night away on the back patio, and a great time was evident all evening.
