Best Catered Events catered a rehearsal dinner at the beautiful Victorian of the Felicianas on Friday evening, April 29, 2012.
Guests enjoyed our Wedge Salad with bacon, diced granny smith apples, diced tomatoes, toasted pecans and ranch dressing drizzle. The entree was Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee, sauteed whole green beans, crispy garlic bread and pecan praline bread pudding and fresh fruit crepes for dessert.
We enjoyed the entertainment and the guests were very pleased with their meal. Best Catered Events wishes the happy couple all the best!
