KLAX TV hosted a premiere party for the new season of  Desperate Housewives on Thursday, September 23rd at the newly renovated WillowBench Meeting Place  in downtown Pineville, LA.

Tony Trevino and his team from A Special Event Resource provided the themed setting and props for the evening's festivities.  Harlow's Donuts made a wedding cake that tasted phenomenal! Atwoods Bakery provided specialty cupcakes that were so cute and the food and beverages were provided by.....you guessed it.....

Owners Rick and Dianne Evans along with their team provided themed food for the event.

A beautiful "Strolling Table" provided by Rodney Smetak featured our sweet and sour meatballs, pulled pork sliders on freshly baked rolls with honey mustard drizzle, bacon roll ups and blt dip in mini basil tomato cones.  Everyone enjoyed the moving table of appetizers,.

Bar featured:  The "Desperate Tini"  - Apple Pucker, Ketel One Vodka and fresh Organic Apple Juice
served in a jumbo martini glass with fresh Granny Smith apple wedge and  green lava drizzle.

"Gabrielle and Carlos Soli's Quesadilla Bar"  featured Chicken and Vegetarian Quesadillas with fresh guacamole and salsa.

Seavo's Italian "Skillet Pasta Bar" featured Best Catered Events signature pasta sauce with chicken, pepperoni, pepperconi, black olives, romano and parmesan cheeses served over farfalle and bowtie.  A fresh spinach salad was offered alongside with balsamic vinagrette in red asian boxes for a splash of color.

"Susan Mayer's Baked Mac & Cheese was served in mini martini glasses on a glass display and Bree's apple cinnamon muffins were passed in a basket throughout the evening.

Our "Red Hot Bar" featured a warm caramel fondue where the guests dipped apple wedges and then rolled in crushed red hots.

We brought along our very own Desperate Housewife, Kathy Jones with her flaming red hair and David Jones was our very own Italian.  Megan Dauzat and Brenda LaBorde were themselves and awesome as always providing the very best service to all of our clients.  Marlyn Destin assisted where needed throughout the event.  At Best Catered Events, remember,
