Best Catered Events is on the road bringing hot and cold lunch choices to businesses around Marksville. So far, the response has been great! Rick is up and down Hwy 1 and all around town center with his deliveries.
We are cooking and visiting with our neighbors when they come in and pick up their orders. We are doing BBQ Chicken, Chicken Tettrazini, Shrimp Fettuccini, and Barbecue Beef Brisket this week....the menus change daily.
Offering up a good variety of cold sandwiches, salads, and wraps is creating quite a buzz. I have a daily "special" and make the customers the "guinea pigs" ......so far, I have one loyal fan and she will absolutely try anything I put on bread, in a tortilla or on top of romaine lettuce!
I will keep posting about this newest venture........challenging, but fun!!
