Riki's mom, Ursula helped to carry her daughter's vision through with wonderful decor by Distinctive Flair, under the watchful eye of owner, Trisha Coleman. Nytasha Phillipsof Intricate Wedding Designs provided a lovely "Tiffany" cake especially for the Debutante. Others helping to make this a perfect event were Russell and Tiffany Hamilton, Takers Photography, Ms. Nita Morgan, Vocalist, Divine Presence, Dance Ministry, Mrs. Tammy Bourg, Debutante Souveniers, Dr. MJ Consulting, Invitations, and the Best Catered Events team provided the catering.
The menu: Ham and Asparagus Roll Ups on mini forks, mini blt's, cold spicy shrimp dip, crabmeat mornay, crawfish pies, shrimp and bowtie pasta, Summer salad with fresh fruit and raspberry vinagrette in pipettes in martini glasses, finger sandwiches, fresh fruit and individual crudite cups with chipotle ranch dip, smoked beef brisket.
A specialty non alcoholic mocktail was created by Best Catered Events mixologist, Wendy Chapman and it was, you guessed it......Tiffany Blue. Everyone loved it as well.
