Once again Best Catered Events was asked to cater a Christmas dinner for the wonderful Fifth Ward Fire Department . We love working with this group and this was our fourth consecutive year to provide food to an outstanding group of firefighters and their spouses at this annual event.
This year the group chose our smoked beef brisket w/bbq sauce on the side, sliced ham with honey and brown sugar glaze, rice dressing, potato salad, green bean casserole, rolls with buttered tops, strawberry cheesecake, praline bread pudding and iced tea.
