Team members Pat Jones, Kathy Jones, Shawna Anderson and Lyndsey Cooper assisted Chef Andrea Dunn and owners Rick and Dianne Evans in providing lunch for the physicians of Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA.
The menu was Chicken Cordon Bleu, Confetti Pork Chops, and Cous Cous Stuffed Beefsteak tomatoes. Cheesey potatoes, green bean casserole, long grain and wild rice, brocolli salad, caesar salad, and blt salad along with banana pudding, berries and creme and chocolate Mississippi mud pie.
The hospital's CEO assisted owner Rick Evans with the drink station by serving drinks. An enjoyable luncheon event. Thank you Rapides Regional!
